2 Disciplines Freerun · Parkour

I discovered parkour through a friend, with no prior knowledge of the discipline, no YouTube videos, no references.

I soon found my calling in freerunning, captivated by its creative and expressive freedom. Over the past six years, this passion has opened doors I never imagined: competing, performing in public shows, and coaching at Parkour59 the association where I train and share my love for the sport with the community.

It's been six years built on curiosity, repetition, and a deep bond with the movement itself.

before 2015
LUC young
Every Wednesday, I spent my time in what felt like a multi-sports daycare,
getting to try out a ton of different activities.
Out of all the sports I experimented with, the ones that stuck with me the most
were gymnastics, circus arts, and judo, which I absolutely loved.
2015 - 2017
discovery of fencing
Through the LUC, I discovered fencing and really fell in love with the sport.
However, since the club's main focus is introduction and discovery,
it was difficult to truly progress or compete at a higher level there.
2017 - 2020
New steps in fencing
To take my skills to the next level, I joined a foil fencing club near my home.
However, I finally decided to stop. The intense competitive pressure did not appeal to me,
and I was simply too young at the time to handle the discipline and maturity required for high-level training.
What I truly wanted was more freedom and creativity in my movement.

2020 - Now
Specialization in Freerun
I quickly shifted toward the creative and acrobatic side of the practice.
It truly reflects my personal vision of sport and captures what I enjoy doing the most
